“In retrospect the years of struggle will strike you as the most beautiful.”
Sigmund Freud
Of course, nap time isn’t the struggle, It’s the before and after that’s trying. Two is tough. For you and for me, darlin’.
Next is Andria.
“A girl without freckles is like a night without stars.”
A friend shared this quote with me several years ago.
We always told you they were angel kisses.
You loved that.

Independence
You are the reason those shelves never hold their books, we read one line and its on to the next. You are always busy and Im starting to feel you ask for room to make your own decisions. To be independent… whatever that means at two.
My first attempt at artificial light. True to my do first, ask questions later nature I haven’t read the manual, and this was the result. Underwhelming, but you know, not nearly as bad as I feared. Natural light can rest assured she is still my No. 1 😉

There they are, your first pair of big girl undies (extra big since we couldn’t find your new package and resorted to ones your big sister had grown out of.) It’s been tough for you lately. Less than a month ago you were still a one year old. Now, Its potty training and tantrums. Your fits have already proven worse than either of your sisters at this age. I guess since you’re the youngest you do need to make your voice heard.
Tiny and mighty Mae.

Really she’s just tired of taking pictures and is saying “No more, mom!”
